The IRONMAN World Championship at Kona was (and is) one of the toughest athletic achievements in the world, and our elite triathletes always have an amazing attitude towards such a daunting and demanding race. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and ASICS has teamed up with Christina Applegate's Right Action for Women, a charitable program of the New Venture Fund, to help provide screening assistance to women who are at increased risk for breast cancer. For ever pair of GT-1000 3 PR and GT-1000 3 GS PR running shoes, ASICS will donate $10; for every piece of apparel, ASICS will donate $2; and, for every accessory, ASICS will donate $1 to Christina Applegate's Right Action for Women, with a guaranteed minimum donation of $100,000, up to $150,000.
