Neutral - Over Pronate
Pronation is how a runner's foot rolls medially between footfall and toe-off. Underpronation is when the foot rolls outwards, overpronation is when it rolls inwards, and a neutral pattern is when little rolling occurs.
Matching a shoe's properties with the runner's running style will increase comfort, running efficiency, and contribute to decreasing the risk of injury.
Featuring FluidFit & FluidRide
The legendary GEL-Kayano series celebrates its 20th anniversary in style with the all new GEL-Kayano 20 running shoe. Updates to the upper and midsole in the form of FluidFit and FluidRide create an unsurpassed fit and ride that propels this classic far into the future.
ASICS has revolutionized running shoe design with FluidAxis. Until now, running shoe technology has been designed around the up-and-down movement of the ankle joint--but the foot doesn't just move like this. That's why we've redesigned the running shoe with FluidAxis™. It works with the foot to enable this natural rotation.
