ASICS GEL-KAYANO® 14 Earns 'Editor's Choice' Award From Runner's World

Irvine, CA (January 17, 2008) – ASICS® GEL-Kayano® 14 has been named 'Editor's Choice' by Runner's World® magazine. The updated GEL-Kayano® 14 will receive the top honor in Runner’s World's March issue, the Spring 2008 Shoe Guide. "WE SAY An outstanding update," says Runner's World in their review.

The 14th edition of the GEL-Kayano features improved rearfoot stability that enhances the exceptional ride the shoe is known for. The upper has been updated as well, with geometry designed to create an ample forefoot environment while the rearfoot locks around the heel more effectively and helps prevent slipping. The rearfoot environment is further enhanced by PHF® (Personalized Heel Fit), a memory foam construction that provides exceptional comfort.

The GEL-Kayano® 14 will continue to have gender specific Space Trusstic System® elements, as well as Spacemaster™, the UV protective, moisture wicking mesh material that creates a cooler, drier foot environment, and ASICS Biomorphic Fit system, which helps the upper move efficiently with the foot.
