It was a beautiful day to get out and run! Runners gathered at the ASICS Store NY to begin the second in the series of ASICS Fun Runs. We started with a warm-up in Bryant Park and then ran in Central Park.

We would like to thank Mara Betsch, assistant editor of Health.com, for the group discussions on hydration, nutrition and fueling for workouts.

ASICS Fun Run series continues through December 19th. Thanks to all that have participated!
