Join our weekly ASICS Run Club led by Fitness Runs and become a faster, stronger more balanced athlete! In addition to running, you will learn the importance of cross training with yoga and strength training as well as agility drills to help improve your overall fitness. The ASICS Run Club is free to join and for runners of all levels!
