EXPO INFORMATION

Come by and visit the huge Marathon Store presented by ASICS at the ING New York City Marathon Health and Fitness Expo. It is a great opportunity to see all of the official ASICS/ING New York City Marathon apparel and talk to shoe gurus about the best shoe for you and your running needs. The race expo will be held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, Hall 3E, located at 11th Avenue at 35th Street in Manhattan, New York. The expo is open to the public (you don't have to be registered to run in order to check out the fun!), and is free of charge. EXPO HOURS

Thursday, October 29th: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday, October 30st: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 31st: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

ATHLETE SIGNINGS

ASICS Athletes Ryan Hall and Deena Kastor will be signing autographs during the expo at the ASICS Brand Experience (Booth 218) on Friday, October 30th and Saturday, October 31st.

Ryan Hall

Ryan will be signing autographs during the expo at the ASICS Brand Experience (Booth 218) on Friday, 10/30, 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Deena Kastor

Deena will be signing autographs during the expo at the ASICS Brand Experience (Booth 218) on Saturday, 10/31, 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Those that can't make it to the booth can catch up with Deena at Paragon Sports (867 Broadway) on Friday, October 30th from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and at the ASICS Store NY on Saturday, October 31st from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Ryan Hall is currently scheduled to be at the ASICS Store NY on Monday, November 2nd from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

RACE INFORMATION

In order to alleviate congestion at the start, along the course, and at the finish; reduce waiting time prior to the start; and enhance runners' overall race experience, there will be three wave starts. You can read more about the start of the race at the ING New York City Marathon website.
